Sewing Experience Levels
Please note that classes have been given a sewing experience
rating. This will help you decide which class is right for you. If
you are not sure, just give us a call!
Beginner:
A beginning
sewer has no sewing experience.
Advanced Beginner:
An advanced beginner
can use a sewing machine and has little sewing experience.
Intermediate:
An
intermediate sewer has completed small sewing projects independently
and understands some general techniques and vocabulary of sewing.
Advanced:
An advanced sewer has successfully completed projects
independently and is comfortable using a sewing machine.

Open Knitting/Crochet
Every
Monday
from 1 - 4 PM $8.50 per hour
Bring your in progress knitting and crochet projects you're having
difficulty with. Annette will be here to get you through them.
Open Sewing
Every Thursday from 1 - 8 pm. $8.50 per hr.
Open sewing is the time for you to
work on your projects that are already in progress.
Store personnel are available to answer questions.

Holiday Block of the Week Quilt

will be the talk of all your holiday guests. The quilt includes
charming houses made with holiday fabrics. The kits for each block

Learn basic sewing skills and how to construct a draw string bag, an
apron, and if time allows, skirt or pull on pants that you will wear
with pride. You will be introduced to tools, terms, and techniques
for both hand and machine sewing, and you will gain the know-how
that will be the foundation for your future creativity. Sewing is a
skill for a lifetime! Sewing is relaxing! Sewing is fun!
Machine Software Know-How

Come and learn the basics of machine software. Learn to
transfer files to your embroidery machine and how to copy, paste,
and combine designs that you can stitch out on your machine. Come to
class and learn to make wise choices when making investments in
machine software. This class will help make your embroidery fun and
easy.
